During our first stay, we were allocated 2 twin rooms that were clean and generally comfortable, equipped with everything we needed like an iron/ironing board, bottled water, and a coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our experience enjoyable. However, the location was a bit out of the way for some, and the online booking process was confusing at times.
Upon arrival at 10.45 pm, the hotel exterior wasn't ready, but inside, I found a nice and clean room with plenty of parking space, conveniently located near Starbucks, a supermarket, and shops. The service was hospitable and friendly, with rooms that were clean and larger than most hotels. Despite some minor issues with the location and a broken window lock, it served its purpose well. The dining experience offered a good variety of food but was on the expensive side. Overall, a lovely and modern hotel with excellent service and facilities.
The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds, but the odd location with a connecting door to the neighboring room made it a bit uncomfortable. Missing personal items added to the disappointment.
